Important information
Hotel day
A day's stay starts at 16:00 on the day of arrival and ends at 11:00 on the day of departure. Should you wish to extend your stay, please contact the Reception. Extension of the stay is chargeable and only possible if places are available.
Children
Children under the age of 3 stay free of charge if they sleep in a bed with their parents. They receive towels and food as part of their stay. The hotel also offers additional equipment options for children, such as the free rental of a bathtub or the possibility to rent a cot with bedding for an additional fee. Due to the limited number of additional equipment, the hotel requests that you contact the reception, the reservations department or at the booking stage in advance. In the absence of this, the hotel will not be able to guarantee the service on site. The price for children aged 4 - 12 years and 13 - 18 years is indicated in each offer and, depending on the choice of options, children may sleep on an extra bed or on a bed.
Parking
The hotel has parking spaces available, prior reservation is required. Parking spaces are subject to an additional charge. The hotel does not provide parking spaces in case of no prior reservation or if the limit of spaces is reached.
Boarding
The hotel serves meals as part of the purchased package in the restaurant: breakfast from 8.00 - 11.00 a.m. and dinner from 16.00 - 19.00 p.m.. During the stated hours, the buffet is at your disposal without restrictions. Entrance to meals is single-use. Meal times are subject to change.
Room service
The hotel offers room service. Menus and information are available in each room in the form of a QR code.
Pets
The hotel is pet-friendly. Arrival with a pet must be notified at the booking stage. If no prior notification of arrival with a pet is made, the hotel reserves the right to refuse the pet. The hotel charges an additional fee for the stay of a pet.
For the comfort of other guests, please do not bring your pets into public areas such as the Spa & Wellness area or the restaurant.
Room cleaning
In rooms and suites categorised 5* (Deluxe Room 5*, Deluxe Plus Room 5*, Superior Room 5*, Grand Suite 5*, Premium Suite with Terrace 5*), the hotel offers a daily service which includes: changing towels (only if left on the floor), refreshing the bathroom, replenishing hygiene products, making the bed, taking out the rubbish, replenishing water and coffee set. In the interest of the environment, bed linen is changed only upon request. If you wish the bed linen to be changed, please leave a note on the bed in the form of a leaflet, which you will find on the bedside table. In the uncategorised section (Standard Room, Standard Room Plus, Family Room, Family Room Plus), the hotel offers a service once every three nights. The service includes changing towels (only if left on the floor), refreshing the bathroom, taking out the rubbish, refilling water and coffee sets. Bed linen is changed on request for an additional charge of PLN 200. Service takes place between 8:00 am and 4:00 pm.
Other tips
Hotel Linea Mare consists of a categorized part, which includes units classified as 5*, and an uncategorized part. Please pay attention to this when making reservations. In the categorized part, rooms and apartments are additionally equipped with air conditioning, a safe, a scale, and an ironing set. Daily cleaning service is provided and laundry service can be ordered. In the uncategorized rooms, cleaning service is provided every three days, the equipment does not include the elements mentioned for 5* rooms, and the units are not air-conditioned. In Pobierowo, tourists are charged a sojourn tax of 2.50 PLN per day. The fee should be paid in cash at the Reception. The hotel is not a beneficiary of the payment and cannot issue a bill / invoice. Confirmation of payment can only be issued in the form of a confirmation printout. The fee is paid in full to the Office of the Municipality of Pobierowo.
