What time does the hotel day start and end?
Check-in at our hotel begins at 16:00 on the day of arrival and ends at 11:00 on the day of departure. If you wish to extend your stay, please contact the Reception in advance. The possibility of extending the stay depends on the availability of free rooms and involves an additional fee (the amount depends on the date and the current offer).
Can I arrive early before the hotel night starts?
Earlier accommodation is subject to availability of vacant rooms. If you arrive before 4:00 pm and the room is ready, we are happy to allow early check-in at no additional charge. Otherwise, you can store your luggage and use the hotel's facilities (such as the spa area or café) until your room is ready.
Is it free for children to stay?
Can I rent a crib and other baby accessories from the hotel?
Due to the limited number of additional equipment, please contact the front desk, reservations department in advance or inform at the stage of booking. In the absence of such notification, the hotel will not be able to guarantee on-site service.
Does the hotel have parking spaces?
Yes. We recommend that you book your space in advance, as the number of spaces is limited. Parking spaces are at an additional charge (e.g. 40 PLN/day - please verify the current price when booking). If you do not book in advance or the space limit is exhausted, the hotel does not guarantee the availability of a parking space.
What meals are included in the price of my stay?

Is an à la carte menu available?
Yes. Enjoy the à la carte Albero restaurant, which is open from 1:00 p.m. to 11:00 p.m. You can find the current menu here: View à la carte menu.
With a wide range of à la carte dishes, you have the opportunity to experience a variety of flavors and suggestions prepared by our Chef.
Can I order meals for my room?
Yes, the hotel offers room service. You can find the detailed menu and information about the service hours in the QR code available in each room.
Can I come with my pet?
As much as possible! We are a pet-friendly hotel and are happy to host your four-legged friends. In order to ensure a comfortable stay for all guests, we ask that you notify us of your arrival with a pet at the booking stage. In the absence of such information, the hotel reserves the right to refuse to accommodate your pet. There is an additional charge for the stay of a pet (e.g. 70 PLN/day; check the current price at the time of booking).
Are pets allowed in all areas of the hotel?
For the comfort and safety of other guests, we ask that you do not bring your pets into public areas such as the Spa & Wellness and restaurant. For more information, please see our dedicated section: 4 Paws
How often are the rooms cleaned?
We provide cleaning service from 8:00 am to 4:00 pm.
Is it possible to order a laundry service?
Yes, laundry service is available in the categorized part (5*) (additional fee). For detailed information, please contact the reception.
Are irons and ironing boards available in the rooms?
In the categorized section (5*), rooms come standard with an ironing set. In the uncategorized part, the reception has an iron and board for rent (subject to availability).
Is there a tourist tax in Pobierowo?
Yes. The tourist tax is PLN 3 per day per person (charged from the second day of stay). It is collected at the Reception, in cash only. The hotel is not the beneficiary of these payments and cannot issue a bill/invoice. At the guest's request, we can issue a confirmation of payment in the form of a printout.
Do you provide deck chairs and screens?
Yes. Each room is equipped with two deck chairs and a screen, which can be used during your stay at no extra charge.
Can I rent a bicycle or Nordic Walking poles from the hotel?
Yes. Bicycle and Nordic Walking poles rental is available for Guests. Equipment is subject to an additional fee (e.g. 50 PLN/day for a bicycle; Nordic walking poles are provided free of charge - check exact prices at the Reception or during booking). We encourage you to spend time actively and discover the beauty of the area on two wheels or while walking with poles!
Can I use the pools and saunas in the price of my stay?Yes. The Wellness Zone is free of charge for all guests. Available are:

Is there an adults-only zone?
Yes. As part of our guests' relaxation and comfort, we have introduced a so-called "quiet zone" from 7:30 to 9:00 p.m., exclusively for people over 16 years of age.
Is there an outdoor pool available?
Yes. We invite you to the outdoor heated pool, open depending on weather conditions - usually from around May to October. The exact opening and closing dates of the season may vary depending on the weather.
Will I receive pool towels in the price of my stay?
Yes. Pool towels are available in the pool area. Please return them at the end of your visit to the aquapark or at check-out so that subsequent guests can also use them.
Does the hotel have a spa?
Yes. Our Dr Irena Eris Beauty Partner is a place created for relaxation and comprehensive care. The Spa is open daily from 9 a.m. to 9 p.m. The Spa reception desk is located on level -1, where you can get detailed information about available treatments and book an appointment. Does the hotel have a playroom for children?
Yes. Especially for the little ones we have prepared a safe and colorful playroom, where children can spend time playing and creative activities.
Does the hotel have animation?
Yes. On selected dates we organize animation activities for children and adults. We encourage you to follow the animation schedule:

Our animators make sure that everyone - regardless of age - will find something for themselves and fill their stay with interesting activities. During the animation games, parents take care of the children. The hotel does not provide babysitting services.
Is there free Wi-Fi available at the hotel?
Yes. You can use high-speed Wi-Fi throughout the property free of charge. You will receive the password when checking in at the reception.
Do you offer transfers to/from the airport or train station?
Currently, we do not provide our own transfers, but we will be happy to help you arrange a cab or private shuttle bus.
Can you pay with a debit card or BLIK?
Yes. We accept various forms of payment, including debit cards, credit cards (Visa, MasterCard) and mobile payments (e.g. BLIK).
